Our youngest discovered Harry Potter this past year. We watched all of the movies and she immediately fell in love. That was it, for weeks kiddo slept, ate, and breathed the magical world of Harry and his friends, could not get enough. When Christmas time rolled around we knew just what to get, the theme of the year. I went online and found as many Hogwarts printables as possible. I searched and found blank sheets with the letter head, the Hogwarts acceptance letter, report card, student ID options, and any other Harry Potter related fun I could print out. I also wrote her a Harry Potter book with her in it fighting along side Harry and friends to save the day! We may not do the whole Santa thing in our house but we still do our best to bring a little magic our way each year.
Most of the gifts for this particular Christmas were Harry Potter themed; wands, dolls, clothes, etc. The robot owl was a fav for sure. I put it in the stocking with a Hogwarts acceptance letter that now hangs on little’s wall, one of the most prized possessions in the room still. I made a Hogwarts school ID and put it on a necklace that was worn for weeks after and slipped in a ticket to platform 9 3/4. I know that Christmas will always be a favorite for our youngest.
Little’s birthday is fast approaching and Harry Potter is still a pretty big deal. I have started to gather letterhead, envelopes from the owl express, and yes, even the Hogwarts seal. Little will be receiving letters from her favorite Harry Potter characters this year. We don’t lie to the children, they have all known this kind of this comes from mom and dad but they enjoy getting it none the less, especially the youngest.

Amazon Shopping List
I want to make it very clear that I do NOT get paid to promote anything on the lists in anyway, nor does anyone I know. The products are not sent to me/friends/family to review. I have found and used/researched these on my own. I spend a significant amount of time each month on amazon searching around to find the best products to aid in our homeschool journey at the best deals! Now you can benefit from my hours of work as well! I have put together lists of teaching aids, books, kits and more that may prove useful and helpful on your homeschool journey as well! I have also put together a list of family matching clothing, shoes and accessories. Our youngest is very much into matching mom, so every spring we choose a few matching outfits and things that are always a big hit with our friends and family. Everything we have bought or simply just considered is on the list. Please note the sizes and colors displayed may not be the matching item. Also some things may say out of stock, however it may only be for the size and/or color that was selected when the item was added to the list. Click on the item to check the availability of your desired sizes/colors for sure.
